To administer the Extreme Voicemail:

Log onto www.wildgatewireless.com . Use the mailbox number as the log in name (No spaces or dashes). Your default password is '3773'. To change recorded greetings or announcements, dial your mailbox number. When you hear the voice prompt, IMMEDIATELY press the star '*' key. If you do not press the star key before the tone, you will have to hang up and call again. After you press the star '*' key, you will be prompted for a password. Your default password is '3773'. Simply follow the voice prompts to complete the set-up process.

 

To administer the Gold and Mini Voicemail:

Log onto www.bestalpha.com. Use the mailbox number as the log in name (No spaces or dashes). Your default password is '3773'.

To change recorded greetings or announcements, dial your mailbox number. When you hear the voice prompt, press the star '*' key. After you press the star '*' key, you will be prompted for a password. Your default password is '3773'. Simply follow the voice prompts to complete the set-up process.

 

Voicemail Set-Up (From your phone):

    1 = Change Security Code

Faxmail:
You may view your faxes and listen to your voicemail messages by logging onto www.bestalpha.com . You will need your fax number* and password.

*Fax-only accounts cannot view faxes on-line because no password is issued with fax-only accounts. These faxes must be forwarded to an email address for viewing.
